Tower Grove Pride Festival

Every June, a Pride Festival is held in beautiful Tower Grove Park. St. John’s hosts a booth at this family-friendly event. It is a wonderful opportunity to be surrounded by LGBTQIA+ friends, straight allies, and others who care about issues such as gun violence prevention, suicide prevention, poverty, etc.  It’s a great way to learn about the importance of Pride, and what it means to the LGBTQIA+ community to share personal aspects of their identities.

Tower Grove Pride empowers local artists, crafters, small businesses, and nonprofits connected to the LGBTQia+ community. More than 100 local vendors are present, including nearly a dozen diverse food trucks. All are welcome at the Festival. The event celebrates the idea that love is love and brings together the community to support one another on Stonewall Weekend.
