The Greeter and Usher ministry is a vital part of the worship service.
Greeters welcome everyone on Sunday mornings with a smile and a warm “Good morning!” They introduce themselves to guests, and offer them a bulletin for the worship service.
Ushers perform duties such as collecting the offering, and directing the flow of parishioners to communion. Youth and adults are welcome to serve as ushers. After the service, ushers make sure that guests are invited to the coffee hour. Additionally, they pick up used bulletins, return prayer books and hymnals to the pew racks, and make certain that the church is ready for the next service.
