Reaching Out: St. John's Episcopal Church

Effective use of the Internet is an important communications goal for St. John's Episcopal Church. We launched this site in order to meet people on their terms -- giving them the information they want, when they want it.

Needed: Timely Editing

Currency of information is the essential ingredient of the Internet; sites must be kept up to date in order to deliver value. We keep information current on this site through the use of a Content Management System (CMS) that stores text and visuals in a database. Using the CMS does not require special tools or technical skills. We can edit the content or add new pages at any time, in plain English.

Bryan Consulting developed the site, configuring it to use the editing features of their CMS, and they host our site on their servers at a national data center. They teamed with WebSanity to create the site, including usability features and the user-interface.
